Leica 50mm f/2 Summicron lens in Leica "M" mount, the serial number confirms it to be a 1955 production lens. The cosmetic condition of this Summicron is VERY close to MINT, it is the best. That I have ever had in my collection (please see images attached). The optics are mostly clean, looking into the rear glass of the lens with it directed into a strong light bulb the optics show a light haze with light internal marks but nothing that affects its image quality which is SUPERB and as you would expect from a Leitz Summicron. The aperture movements are smooth and perfect, also the focus action which is fine.
