Leica Summicron M mount 50mm f2.0 lens, V3, excellent condition

  
As such, it is re-listed with a BIN price, as it appears nearly half my auctions go unpaid. Listing is for a Leica Summicron 50mm lens.

This is an early V3 version, identified by the dot being present on the mount rather than the black anodised body. There are a few marks on the exterior, please refer to images for a report on its external condition.

The lens has clean glass, with no haze, fungus or separation to be seen. Focusing action is smooth and the aperture ring clicks nicely.

Aperture blades are dry & there are shining marks on them - please refer to pictures. There are no wobbles or other mechanical flaws. Lens tracks rangefinder mechanism on both my Ms accurately. It does have a rather unique signature - pictures have a 60s/70s feel that is hard to describe.

The focus throw is rather longer than modern version of the lens, some prefer it for the accuracy it imparts. Provided with rear & front caps, a generic screw-in hood and a multi-coated filter. Sample shots provided (on a Sony A7) - first at 2.0 and the second at 4.0. For further afield please ask.
