Leitz Leica Visoflex II With Leica 20cm f4.5 Telyt Lens. Lens and reflex viewer are in excellent condition. Paint wear on the front of lens barrel from lenscap. Glass is nice with some cleaning marks on front element and dust specks internally (these won't effect image quality). Original caps and photocopy of instructions included.

Visoflex is for M-mount camera - Lens is thread mount with leica adapter to Visoflex unit. The system will walk you through an easy procedure. If you have problems let me know and I will help you. You have to add that address (type it in) when you are checking out.
