Canon 50mm/f0.95 Dream Lens converted to Leica M Mount. Wear marks on focus ring, and of some engraved letters/numbers on front of lens (see Pictures). 19 of these lenses were previously converted to Leica M mounts.

This is the last one currently available. This is the "Rangefinder" or "Camera" version of the lens.
