The lens seems damaged by water. There is small scratch on the front and back elements. The aperture ring does not control the iris inside. There is heavy haze inside of the lens, there is obvious rust on the iris.

There is a dent on the front thread. The lens does not have back and front caps. I did not test the lens by any photographing, it could have further issues. Many people have different ideas of what terms may mean.
